An intimate, candlelit acoustic evening celebrating the timeless music and stories of the legendary Dolly Parton.
Reimagined and stripped back to pure acoustic harmony, three powerhouse vocalists accompanied by guitar, piano and violin, bring Dolly’s journey to life. Experience her biggest chart-topping hits, soul-stirring Smoky Mountain bluegrass roots, and famous covers and collaborations, featuring songs by Kenny Rogers, Reba McEntire, Miley Cyrus, Elvis Presley, Linda Ronstadt, Tammy Wynette, and more…
Visuals and music intertwine as an interactive multimedia presentation of vintage photos and rare video footage plays throughout the night, highlighting Dolly’s rise from a wooden cabin in Tennessee to global superstardom.

Bairnsdale Concert: Friday 2nd October at 5.30pm
The Greatest Musicals and Operatic Classics

Internationally performing tenor Douglas Kelly will perform much loved classics from opera and musicals. Bairnsdale will also welcome Annie Jones, The Voice grand finalist (2024) to perform greatest hits from musicals. They will be joined by well established Melbourne string Quartet The Crossing Machine, who have just released their first album of The Juliet Letters by Elvis Costello and The Brodsky Quartet.
The concert will be at the beautiful East Gippsland Art Gallery.

Album Launch: Thursday 5th November at 7.30pm at Birds Basement

The Crossing Machine will fully launch their new Album The Juliet Letters by Elvis Costello and The Brodsky Quartet at Birds Basement.
Eight years in the making they can’t wait to share it with the world.

Also on the program is a preview of a couple of songs of a new Pop Art Cycle by Melbourne Composer Stuart Greenbaum and Lyricist Ross Baglin.
